Terms of Service

Thanks for using our products, platforms, and services ("Service"). The Service is provided by CardPrintz ("CardPrintz", "we", "us", or "our"), located at 2679 W. Main St., Littleton, Colorado, . By using our Service, you are agreeing to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Description of Service

The Service provides access to on-premise web platforms including project and services management tools, product and sales tools, web content management tools, customer relationship management (CRM) tools, application program interfaces (APIs), and AI tools. Any new features or tools we release in relation to the Service shall be subject to this Agreement.

The Service requires access via an internet or network connection. You are responsible for obtaining that connection and for all associated third-party fees. CardPrintz is not responsible for claims or losses arising from your connectivity or equipment.

Registration and Use of Service

When using our Service, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract. You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by any registration form, and to maintain and promptly update that information. If you provide information that is untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, CardPrintz has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse current or future use of the Service.

You represent and warrant that you hold all relevant rights and permissions for information you provide in the course of using the Service. You shall assume sole liability for such information.

You shall not use the Service to build a similar or competitive work.

No Resale or Redistribution of Service

Except as expressly authorized in writing by CardPrintz, you agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, resell, transfer, assign, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit for any commercial purpose any portion of the Service, access to the Service, or the computer code that powers the Service.

You are responsible for all use of the Service made through your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Intellectual Property

Using our Service does not give you ownership of any intellectual property rights in or to the Service. All materials and intellectual property rights in respect of the Service (including all underlying technology, modifications, and work products) remain the property of CardPrintz. No rights other than access to the Service are granted except where explicitly stated.

Account Access

You must provide a valid email address and any other information requested to complete registration. Account registration must be completed by a human — accounts registered by bots or automated methods are not permitted. A single login may only be used by one user. We reserve the right to cancel or suspend access if we detect that account credentials have been shared. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.

Payments and Billing

We accept payment by credit card, debit card, and PayPal. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors including Stripe and PayPal. We transmit only the minimum data required to process your payment — specifically the transaction amount and an internal session reference. We do not share your personal information, product details, purchase history, or browsing behavior with payment processors beyond what is strictly required for transaction processing.

All prices are displayed in US dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes will be added at checkout based on your billing address.

Cryptocurrency Payments

We accept USDC (USD Coin) cryptocurrency payments through Coinbase Commerce. By selecting cryptocurrency as your payment method, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Cryptocurrency transactions are processed on the blockchain and are irreversible once confirmed.
  • Payment is considered complete only upon blockchain confirmation of the transaction.
  • USDC is a stablecoin pegged 1:1 to the US dollar. We accept USDC only — we do not accept Bitcoin, Ethereum, or other volatile cryptocurrencies.
  • Cryptocurrency refunds cannot be processed automatically. If a refund is approved, it will be issued manually in US dollar equivalent at the value of the original payment, within 5 business days of approval. See Refund Policy below.
  • You are solely responsible for providing a correct and valid wallet address for any refund. CardPrintz is not responsible for funds sent to an incorrect address provided by you.

NFC Data

If you use our NFC card writing, reading, or management tools, the following applies:

  • NFC chip contents and tag data remain your property at all times.
  • CardPrintz does not log, upload, analyze, or report the contents written to or read from NFC chips without your explicit action.
  • Tag IDs are stored locally on your device only and are not transmitted to CardPrintz servers without your explicit initiation.
  • Contact data scanned via NFC is never sent to any third party without a specific action initiated by you.

Data Sovereignty

CardPrintz operates on privately-owned infrastructure. We do not use third-party cloud platforms, advertising networks, or analytics services that collect your data passively. Your data is hosted on servers owned and operated by CardPrintz or its designated infrastructure partners and is not shared with, sold to, or accessible by third-party data brokers, advertisers, or analytics providers.

Service and Marketing Messages

By registering an account you give us permission to send email notifications to the address specified at registration. These notifications may include service updates, system messages, and tips for using the Service. You may also opt in to promotional updates — this is not required to complete registration. You may opt out of optional emails at any time via the Unsubscribe link included in every email.

Unauthorized Uses

You must not modify, adapt, or hack the Service, or modify another website to falsely imply association with CardPrintz. You may not reverse engineer secure object code or reuse source code provided in relation to the Service. You shall not transmit worms, viruses, or code of a destructive or malicious nature. All unnatural or unlawful attempts to access our Service, website, server, or database — including through automated tools such as scrapers or bots — are prohibited. We may terminate, suspend, or block access if your use violates these terms.

APIs

When using CardPrintz's APIs, you will do so in a manner consistent with these Terms and with the API documentation. You will not use APIs to facilitate illegal activities, exploit minors, threaten or defraud any person, or violate applicable privacy laws. You will not redistribute, resell, or sublicense access to our platforms or APIs without written consent. You will not expose another user's non-public content to third parties without that user's explicit consent.

Blocking of IP Addresses

CardPrintz reserves the right to block registrants from certain IP addresses at any time to protect the integrity of the Service. If you believe your IP has been blocked in error, contact us via our contact form.

Registration, Subscription, Cancellation

Some features of the Service are available at no cost. To access additional features you may be required to subscribe to a paid plan. Paid subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly or annual basis depending on your selected plan. You authorize us to charge the payment method on file until you cancel. Cancellation must be made before your subscription renews to avoid being charged for the following period. Upon cancellation you retain access until the end of your current billing period.

Tax and Fees

All prices are shown exclusive of applicable taxes and fees. Taxes will be calculated and added to invoices in accordance with applicable law based on your billing address. If you are exempt from applicable taxes, you must provide valid exemption documentation. You are solely responsible for any applicable taxes and fees.

Refund Policy

Credit/Debit Card and PayPal: Refunds may be issued at the sole discretion of CardPrintz. Unless required by law, CardPrintz is not obligated to provide a refund at any time or for any reason. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Cryptocurrency (USDC): Cryptocurrency payments are processed on the blockchain and cannot be automatically reversed. Approved refunds for USDC payments will be issued manually in US dollar equivalent at the value at the time of the original transaction, within 5 business days of approval. Refunds will be sent to a wallet address you provide. CardPrintz is not responsible for funds sent to an incorrect wallet address.

Cancellation of Service by CardPrintz

CardPrintz reserves the right to cancel or suspend Service under the following circumstances:

  • You are in breach of any of these terms
  • We detect unusual usage patterns or unauthorized access
  • You attempt to damage our reputation, operations, or Service
  • In response to lawful requests from law enforcement or public agencies
  • You become subject to bankruptcy, insolvency, or cessation of business proceedings

Data Collection and Use

CardPrintz collects only the information necessary to provide the Service to you. We do not collect passive behavioral data, advertising identifiers, or cross-site tracking data. We do not use Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or any third-party analytics service that transmits your data to external servers. Any aggregated or anonymized data used to improve the Service does not identify you individually and is processed only on CardPrintz-owned infrastructure.

Modifications to Service

We are continuously improving the Service and may add or remove features, or suspend or stop the Service at any time. CardPrintz shall not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service. We reserve the right to amend subscription plans and pricing at any time with reasonable notice.

The Service may include links to third-party websites. CardPrintz has no control over those sites and is not responsible for their content, availability, or any damage or loss arising from your use of them.

Indemnity

You shall indemnify and keep CardPrintz and its directors, officers, employees, and agents indemnified against all claims, liabilities, costs, expenses, damages, and losses arising from: (a) your breach of any of these terms; (b) any infringement of intellectual property rights arising from your actions; and/or (c) your violation of applicable laws.

Liability for Our Service

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty. CardPrintz does not guarantee that the Service will be secure, timely, accurate, error-free, or uninterrupted.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CardPrintz EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CardPrintz WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, OR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF CardPrintz FOR ANY CLAIM UNDER THESE TERMS IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Regulatory Compliance

You represent and warrant that you are at all times in compliance with all applicable laws in connection with your use of the Service.

CardPrintz may be contacted through our contact form. By contacting us, you grant CardPrintz a right to use any ideas or information contained in your communication unless you have clearly reserved such rights in writing in that communication.

About These Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and will become effective no sooner than seven days after posting. Changes required for legal reasons may take effect immediately. If you do not agree to the modified terms, you should discontinue use of the Service.

These terms are governed by the laws of and you submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of for any proceedings arising from these terms.
