Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 28, 2026
Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains how CardPrintz collects, uses, and protects information about you when you use our Service, and the choices you have regarding that information.
Our Commitment to Privacy
CardPrintz is committed to collecting only the minimum information necessary to provide and improve the Service. We do not collect data for advertising, profiling, or resale. We do not use passive tracking, behavioral analytics, or fingerprinting technologies. Your data belongs to you.
Data Sovereignty
CardPrintz operates on privately-owned, on-premise infrastructure. Your data is stored on servers owned and operated by CardPrintz located in the United States. We do not use third-party cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) as primary infrastructure, and we do not route your data through advertising or analytics networks. We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any third-party behavioral tracking tool.
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us, including:
- Name and contact information (email, phone, address)
- Account credentials (email address, password stored as a secure hash)
- Billing and payment information (processed by our payment partners — see Payment Data below)
- Messages, project details, and files you submit through the Service
- Communications you send to us
We collect the following information automatically when you use the Service:
- IP address and approximate location (city/state level, not precise GPS)
- Browser type and operating system
- Pages visited and time spent (for internal service improvement only, not shared with third parties)
- Session identifiers
We do not collect device identifiers, advertising IDs, or cross-site tracking data.
NFC and Card Data
If you use our NFC writing, reading, or management tools:
- NFC chip contents are your property and remain private
- We do not log or store the contents of NFC chips you write or read
- Tag UIDs are stored on your device locally and are not transmitted to our servers without your explicit action
- Contact data captured by scanning NFC cards is never shared with third parties without a specific user-initiated action
- Batch write logs are stored locally on your device and are not uploaded unless you explicitly export and share them
Payment Data
We process payments through Stripe and PayPal. When you make a payment:
- Your card or PayPal details are entered directly on the payment processor's secure interface — we never see or store your raw card number, CVV, or bank credentials
- We transmit only the transaction amount and an internal session reference to the processor
- We do not share your name, email, address, or purchase history with payment processors beyond what is required by the processor for fraud prevention
- Payment processors have their own privacy policies: Stripe Privacy Policy | PayPal Privacy Policy
Cryptocurrency Payments
If you pay with USDC through Coinbase Commerce:
- We transmit only the payment amount and an internal reference to Coinbase Commerce
- Your wallet address is visible on the blockchain but is not linked to your CardPrintz account in any public record
- We do not store your wallet address beyond what is necessary to issue a refund if approved
- Blockchain transactions are public by nature — the transaction amount and wallet addresses involved are permanently visible on the blockchain ledger

We use the information you provide about others (such as a shipping recipient) only to fulfill the specific purpose for which it was provided, and we do not retain or use it for other purposes.
We Do Not Sell Your Data
CardPrintz does not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties. We do not share your data with advertising networks, data brokers, or behavioral analytics companies. We may share information with service providers who assist us in operating the Service (such as email delivery services) only to the extent necessary to perform those services, and only under confidentiality obligations.
Our Commitment to Data Security
We implement appropriate physical, electronic, and administrative safeguards to protect your information. Sensitive data including passwords and payment credentials are encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption. Access to personal data is restricted to staff who need it to operate the Service. We use HTTPS for all data transmission.
